In addition to digital signage, Ditto offers wireless screen mirroring. Ditto users can screen mirror iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Chromebook and Windows devices to the same displays used for digital signage. Ditto transitions from signage to screen mirroring and back again as needed for a seamless experience.
Ditto wireless screen mirroring is included with a Ditto subscription at no extra cost. Screen mirroring and collaboration tools are not available with Rise Vision.

The Ditto account portal allows you to remotely manage digital signage, screen mirroring and administration. It's a web-based application accessible from anywhere. Administrators can scale Ditto throughout an organization using Jamf Pro, Jamf School, Cisco Meraki or other preferred MDMs. This includes the ability to zero-touch deploy and configure Ditto from one central place.

Admins can create and schedule signage content while logged in to their Rise Vision account. Rise Vision can be deployed via MDM.

Both Ditto and Rise Vision are priced on a per-media player basis.
It's likely that you already have a compatible Ditto media player and can begin using Ditto without purchasing any additional technology or equipment. Ditto includes a free, 30-day trial that is full-featured and allows users and admins to use signage, screen mirroring and administration features. If you do require a media player, a device such as an Apple TV HD (priced at $150) will make the total cost of Ditto $249-$325 for one display.
Compatible Rise Vision media players are sold through third-party vendors. Rise Vision’s official recommended media player hardware is priced at $250. This makes the total cost of Rise Vision $371 for one display. If your organization needs financial data like stock market information and currency conversion rates, Rise Vision requires a financial data license for every display. This is a separate subscription on top of the basic Rise Vision subscription, adding an additional $1188 per year per media player.
Ditto and Rise Vision both offer digital signage management and content creation services. Rise Vision focuses on content creation, while Ditto maximizes the use of every display an organization owns.
Rise Vision prioritizes content creation and management with a large library of templates and widget integrations like weather, RSS feeds, clocks and calendars. If you need numerous predesigned signage options and have the time and IT manpower to configure and deploy hardware on each display, go with Rise Vision.
